We look forward to serving you and your guests at Galene. To ensure that your dining experience is the best possible, we kindly ask that: 1. If you must change the size of your reservation, please call (4) hours in advance, we need to pre-set our table inventory. 2. Please be punctual with your reservation time. If you are going to be late, please call 585.346.7231 to communicate this. We will extend a 15-minute grace period. 3. We cannot split checks per item. We can however by amount. 4. A 20% gratuity will be added. The Dining Style: We will be serving your party as the food is cooked, not traditional style. This means each of the dishes in your Courses will come to the table when it is ready as opposed to all the dishes coming to the table at the same time. This style preserves the quality and integrity of the food and permits us to take larger tables and not affect the integrity of Galene. If you are looking for a large, timed, traditional meal, please inquire with our manager. If there are further questions, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
